Let's face it, getting fit isn't the most glamorous journey. You work out, you get sweaty, you make faces while lifting weights that could make a small child cry in terror.
Fortunately for those of us not gifted with the metabolism of a hummingbird and the body of a greek goddess, we can at least make the food interesting. Gone are the days when losing weight meant surviving on a mix of cottage cheese and grated celery.
We lose weight because we want to make our lives better, ourselves happier. So bake, cook, eat, and workout. Just keep it healthy.
